Enchantress Hosiery Gift Point
Program
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Definitions
“Account” means an
account with Enchantress
Hosiery Corporation of
Canada Ltd (“EHC”)
created for members of
the Enchantress
Made-To-Order hosiery
service (“Hosiery
Service”), through which
you may earn Points.
"Good standing" means
that your Account
balance indicates that
you do not owe any money
to EHC, and your Account
status is also active.
“Active” means your
Account has not been
cancelled.
“Website” means
enchantresshosiery.com.
“Points” means
Enchantress Gift Points.
“Program” means the
Enchantress Gift Points
program.
"You" or "Your" means
the person in whose name
we have opened an
Account eligible for
Gift Points.
"We", "us" and "our"
mean EHC, the provider
of the Program.
General Terms and
Conditions
Your Points Account is
automatically set-up
upon our receipt of your
information as part of
your membership of the
Hosiery Service.
Points are not
transferable and have no
cash value. Points are
the property of EHC and
may be revoked at any
time, at our discretion.
Your Points may be
redeemed for gift items
which we obtain from
reputable, national
manufacturers, and any
other supplementary
offers that we may offer
from time to time, which
may be governed by
additional or distinct
terms. If a tem is
discontinued or upgraded
by the manufacturer, we
reserve the right to
substitute the
selection, without
notice, with one of
equal or higher value.
You will not be able to
earn Points if your
Account is not in good
standing. Redemption of
your Points will also be
unavailable until your
Account is brought back
to good standing.
If your Account is
cancelled and is
therefore no longer
active, your Points
balance will be
cancelled without
notice. Your Account
will be cancelled and
considered no longer
active if you ask us to
discontinue or cancel
your Hosiery Service. It
will also be cancelled
and considered no longer
active if you return any
Hosiery Service shipment
to us with no payment,
unless you specifically
ask us to keep your
Account active. We
reserve the right to
cancel your Account at
any time, without
notice. Cancellation of
your Account will mean
that it is no longer
active and that you will
ineligible to earn or
redeem your points.
We reserve the right to
terminate the Program at
any time by providing
180 days notice (on our
website, or through
other communications).
In the event of
termination of the
Program, all Points
expire after 90 days.
These terms and
conditions and any other
program information on
our website replace all
previous versions of the
terms and conditions for
the Program. We may
modify in whole or in
part these terms and
conditions at any time
with or without notice
to you. We reserve the
right to restrict,
suspend or otherwise
change any aspect of the
Program with or without
notice. For details and

Membership Eligibility
To be eligible to earn
and redeem Points,
including existing
Points on your points
balance, you must have
an active Account and
abide by all terms and
conditions of the
program.
You are responsible for
verifying the personal
information in your
Account and advising us
of any changes to your
personal information. We
will not be held liable
for any inaccurate
information provided.
We reserve the right to
refuse to issue or
cancel your existing
Points balance at any
time, without notice, if
you do not abide by the
terms and conditions of
the Program.
How to earn Points
Points are earned
for your purchases of
hosiery products offered
through our Hosiery
Service. These Points
are credited to your
Account on receipt of
your payment for your
hosiery purchases.
Currently you are
credited 1 point on
payment of a purchase of
4 pairs/packs of product
offered through our
Hosiery Service, and 2
points on payment of a
purchase of 6
pairs/packs through the
Hosiery Service.
Additional points may be
earned through other
offers we may make from
time to time. We reserve
the right to the change
the basis for how Points
are awarded at any time
without notice.
In the event of a
dispute about Points
earned or redeemed, our
records shall be
considered conclusive.
You must notify us at
1-877-842-8638 of any
discrepancy within 30
days from the date of
the transaction in
question. If you do not
do so, you will be
considered to be in
agreement with Points
credited to or deducted
from your Points
Account.
How to redeem your
Points
Points can be redeemed
for gift items or other
rewards and discount
offers towards future
purchases on your
Account that we may
offer from time to time.
These can be ordered by
mail or by calling
Customer Service at
1-877-842-8638, Mon-Fri
9:00am-5:00pm EST. Our

Your Point balance is
located on the front of
your latest invoice.
Your Points may be
redeemed for gift items
which we obtain from
reputable, national
manufacturers. You can
see the list of gifts
available for redemption
on our website or in our
latest Gift catalogue or
flyer. Each gift is
identified with an item
number and the number of
points required. For our
gifts you need to pay
shipping and handling –
see our website or flyer
for further details.
If an item is
discontinued or upgraded
by the manufacturer, we
reserve the right to
substitute the
selection, without
notice, with one of
equal or higher value.
Termination
If the Program is ever
terminated, you will
have 90 days after the
termination date to
redeem any Points in
your Points Account. Any
Points that have not
been redeemed after such
periods will be
cancelled and become
null and void.
If you cease to be
eligible to participate
in the Program because
your Account becomes
inactive, your Points
balance will be
cancelled without
notice. However we
reserve the right to
reactivate your Points
balance if you choose to
reactivate your Account
within 90 days of
cancellation. We may
choose from time to time
to offer a different
period of time within
which we will allow
reactivation of your
Points if your Account
is reactivated.
Acceptance
Your submission
information and
membership in the
Hosiery Service will
serve as acceptance of
the terms and conditions
of the Program and
constitute your
agreement to all the
terms and conditions of
the Program.
