How do you distinguish
the sheerness of pantyhose?
Sheerness is measured by denier or thickness of the nylon and spandex yarns.
The finer the yarn, the more your natural skin tone is revealed. Our popular Control Top
style is considered "day sheer" at about 20 denier. Enchantress Ultra® Control Top (12
denier), and Enchantress Ultra® Shapely Perfection® (both 15 denier) are
more sheer and are considered "sheer" hose. Our sheerest-appearing styles are
Enchantress Ultra® Soft Dimensions® Lacy Hi-Cut Panty (15 denier) and the Enchantress Ultra®
Soft Dimensions® Control Top Panty (12 denier). You can also find more sheer products in our

Which styles offer tummy
control?
Enchantress Hosiery offers a variety of styles that feature light to moderate
to firm tummy control. In our Made-to-Order Hosiery Service,
Enchantress Ultra® Shapely
Perfection® features firm control tummy panels. Enchantress Ultra® Soft Dimensions® Control
Top Panty, Enchantress Ultra® Control Top, Control Top and our new Opaque Microfiber Tights
feature moderate tummy control. Our Enchantress Ultra® TLC® Total Leg Control Support, TLC®
Total Leg Control Support and Ultra® Soft Dimensions® Lacy Hi-Cut Panty feature light tummy

Which styles feature
leg support?
Leg support is created by combining yarns and carefully modifying the number of
stitches. Styles featuring graduated compression, where the compression is greatest at the
ankle and gradually relaxes as it goes up the leg, offer the most leg support since they help
in increasing blood flow and circulation. Enchantress Ultra® Shapely Perfection®, Enchantress
Ultra® TLC® Total Leg Control Support, Enchantress Ultra® Soft Dimensions® Control Top Panty,
Enchantress Ultra® Soft Dimensions Lacy Hi-Cut Panty, our new Opaque Microfiber Tights and
Enchantress Ultra® Knee-Hi's feature the most amount of graduated compression and offer firm
leg support. Enchantress Ultra® Control Top and Control Top, feature moderate graduated
compression. In addition, products in our Sheer ReNu™ Collection, available through the

What
is "graduated compression"?
It's a new technology designed to enhance natural leg circulation, which helps prevent leg
swelling, and fatigue. It provides maximum compression at the ankle, decreasing gradually
further up the leg. This helps improve circulation and helps your legs feel revitalized and
refreshed. This amazing fit and feel is available in our Ultra® TLC® Support, Ultra® Shapely
Perfection®, Ultra® Soft Dimensions® Lacy Hi-Cut Panty, and the Ultra® Soft Dimensions® Control
Top Panty, Ultra® Knee-Hi’s and Opaque Microfiber Tights.

What is the difference between Reinforced, Enhanced and Sandalfoot toes?
There are three major types of toes in sheer pantyhose: Reinforced, Enchanced
(otherwise known as invisibly reinforced), and Sandalfoot. Reinforced toes feature the most
protection but generally have a darker look around the toe area. You should only wear that
style with closed toe shoes. Enhanced toes have a sheerer look but do offer some moderate run
protection. Depending on the cut of the open-toe shoe, you may be able to wear an enhanced
toe. Enchantress ULTRA® Control Top, ULTRA® Soft Dimensions® Control Top Panty, and ULTRA®
Soft Dimensions® Lacy-Hi Cut Panty all feature an Enhanced toe. Enchantress Control Top, Sheer
Toe-To-Waist, TLC® Total Leg Control Support, Opaque Microfiber Tights, Knee-Hi’s, ULTRA®
Knee-Hi’s and Opaque Trouser Socks, feature a sandalfoot toe, for maximum sheerness in the toe
area, but no additional run protection. The type of toe varies in products offered in the

How "durable"
are Enchantress hose?
Enchantress has built its reputation on the quality and durability

Which hose styles have
a "run guard" knit into them?
All Enchantress sheer styles (except Ultra Soft Dimensions Lacy Hi-Cut
Panty) have a 1-1/2 inch "run guard" - a barely detectable interlock
knit at the top of the leg that is designed to slow a run from the panty into
the leg.

Are there Enchantress styles
featuring a "finger guard"?
2 styles feature a "finger guard" - a band of heavier
yarns knit in just below the waistband to strengthen the area. Sheer Toe-To-Waist
has a 3 inch guard and our NEW Ultra Soft Dimensions Lacy Hi-Cut Panty has a
1-1/4 inch guard.

Is there a cotton lining
in the panty of Enchantress hose?
All Enchantress pantyhose styles provide a cotton-lined gusset (crotch).
The cotton-lined gusset is healthier and affords breathability to the wearer.

Which style of hose are used for medical reasons?
Enchantress pantyhose are not manufactured for medical
use, and they are not covered under insurance reimbursements. If you require
medical hose, please consult your doctor.

How to change your account
information.
You
can always update your account using this site. Just click on the Customer Service button and update Personal Information. If
you move or change your phone number, please let us know immediately so you can
continue to receive your shipments without interruption. Also please make sure
we have a current email address, if you have one. You can also make any changes
or corrections directly on your invoice when you send in your payment, contact Customer Service

How to change
your hosiery order.
You
can always change your order using this site. Just click on the Manage
My Account
button and Change your Order. In addition, each invoice
that you receive with a shipment has a convenient Made-to-Order
Form on the back. Simply write in the quantity, style, size and
shade of the hosiery that you wish to receive in your next shipment and
return the invoice with your payment. You may change your order with each
shipment. You can order any selections, just remember that your total
order must be in quantities of 4 or 6 pair/packs. You can also change your

How to pay
for your hose.
You
can always pay for your hosiery
shipment using this site. Just click on

You can also use the Internet and Phone Banking options found
in Customer Service.
In addition, you could mail
payment to us. Simply Return
your invoice in the return envelope
included with your order. Write
your cheque or money order payable
to "Enchantress Hosiery." To
pay by credit card - write your
complete credit card number in
the boxes on your invoice. Sign
on the line below it and write
in your credit card expiration
date (month and year). Your payment
cannot be processed if this information
is incorrect or incomplete. Credit
card payments are also accepted
by phone.

How to return or exchange
your order.
Yes! We do not charge any restocking fees, and give all exchanges priority
service. Please remember to affix proper postage. We will reimburse your postage expense in
the rare event that that an exchange is necessary because we shipped you wrong or defective
product. If you want to exchange for any reason, you will not be charged again for S & H.
If you wish to exchange an item, just return it, with detailed instructions about what style,
size or shades, you wish as a replacement and we'll rush a new item to you right away. If you
need additional assistance just contact Enchantress

instructions.

Your invoice will always give you a current accounting of your points, so you
don't have to save the actual gift points. You can even earn more Gift Points by
shopping from our exclusive Enchantress Boutique brochure! You’ll earn an additional gift
point for every $25 dollars you spend! You can redeem your points at
any time for items from our Catalogue of Free Gifts by sending in the order form, contact Customer Service.In addition, you can review our
current catalogue online and download an order form that you can submit by mail to
Customer Service.
Points cannot be used to pay for hosiery or Enchantress Boutique items

Why do I
have 2 different account numbers with Enchantress?

hosiery AND purchase Enchantress Boutique items have one account number for regular
hose shipments and one for Boutique purchases. This is only because your Enchantress
Made-to-Order Hosiery Service account is set up to deliver your pantyhose
selections according to your desired schedule. Boutique items are shipped
according to each individual order.
